Position Summary
The Adult Beverage Brand Ambassador generates excitement, brand awareness, and increases adult beverage product sales through event sampling and promotion. The individual will interact with consumers, clients, customers, and is responsible for understanding and implementing promotional techniques. This position will perform a wide range of activities ranging from brand promotion, training, product merchandising, and selling of products and services.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Brand Awareness & Sales: Create brand awareness and positive impressions by engaging consumers through sampling, distributing product, and demonstrating features.
• Engage with consumers to communicate brand talking points effectively; seek sales opportunities in departments and venues to maximize sales.
• Complete events (3 events on a nightly basis) and maintain strong communication links with customers.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas.
• Event Set-up and Breakdown: Develop promotional kits, set up events, ensure clean and organized demonstration areas; breakdown programs post-event.
• Appropriate apparel and required items are worn; provide feedback to Market Manager to improve sales.

Personal Development/Training/Reporting

• Accurately complete HR paperwork and reports online (call reports, expense reports, training quizzes, etc.).
• Participate in mandatory online training and conference calls; ongoing product training and team/client trainings may be paid.

Travel and/or Driving

• Travel is not an essential duty of this job. Driving is an essential duty or function of this job.

Minimum Qualifications

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications to perform the essential duties and responsibilities:

• Education Level: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Must have 1 year plus Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience (On Premise Sampling experience is a plus)
• Due to the dispensing of alcohol, you must be 21 or older and require Responsible Alcohol Training
• Significant experience in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, or retail/grocery is highly desirable

• Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings

• Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision
• Ability to make oral presentations

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office, field, retail store, or warehouse environment. Typically requires spending 66%+ of the workday doing physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and potentially working in refrigerated conditions. Travel and driving may be required. Proper safety practices when handling products are essential.
