Join our team in Dallas, TX ! We are seeking a motivated and versatile Construction Administrative Assistant to support outbound sales efforts, assist with marketing initiatives, and provide light administrative support. If you enjoy engaging with potential clients, helping drive business growth, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new, this role is an excellent fit.

Requirements :

• Experience in Construction sales support, marketing, customer outreach, or a related role
• Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to clients and prospects
• Ability to make outbound calls and professionally introduce company services
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable assisting with basic marketing activities and promotional efforts
• Willingness to provide backup administrative support, including answering phones
• Basic website or digital experience is a plus (not required)
• Proficiency with common office and marketing tools preferred

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Benefits:

• After 90 days: Paid holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
• After 1 year: 1 week paid vacation

Compensation: $22/hour
