Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Custodian to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across a variety of commercial settings — both indoors and outdoors — including offices, restrooms, common areas, parking lots, sidewalks, bus stops, and vessels. Your work helps ensure that all spaces remain sanitary and presentable for employees, visitors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Perform routine cleaning of parking lots, sidewalks, and vessels, removing debris and maintaining a neat appearance.

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with buffing techniques
