About the Role

We are hiring a professional, experienced Receptionist for a fast-paced insurance office in Lewiston, ID. This is a high-volume phone role supporting higher-profile clients and requires strong customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and managehigh-volume, multi-line phone systems
• Transfer calls, take detailed messages, and assist callers professionally
• Accept payments when needed
• Provide excellent front-desk and customer service support

Required Skills & Experience

• Receptionist or front desk experience required (not entry-level)
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and communication style
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment

Dress Code

• Business professional attire required
• No denim, no exposed tattoos
• No facial piercings except a nose stud only (no hoops)
• No unnaturally colored hair
