Salary: $60k-$90k/year
SUMMARY:
Oversees and coordinates the activities of personnel responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality and scheduling requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

- Reviews and evaluates work requests to estimate labor requirements and develop production schedules aligned with operational priorities.
- Determines required quantities of work-in-process materials and operational supplies based on production plans, coordinating availability as needed.
- Interprets technical specifications and job requirements, communicating expectations clearly and assigning tasks accordingly.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support timely completion of customer and operational deliverables.
- Inspects components and finished outputs to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards.
- Guides personnel in adjusting equipment and processes to maintain product quality and operational consistency.
- Develops and refines work procedures to improve efficiency and meet production timelines.
