Salary: $60k-$90k/year

SUMMARY:

Oversees and coordinates the activities of personnel responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality and scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The following duties are representative but not all-inclusive.

1. Reviews and evaluates work requests to estimate labor requirements and develop production schedules aligned with operational priorities.
2. Determines required quantities of work-in-process materials and operational supplies based on production plans, coordinating availability as needed.
3. Interprets technical specifications and job requirements, communicating expectations clearly and assigning tasks accordingly.
4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support timely completion of customer and operational deliverables.
5. Inspects components and finished outputs to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards.
6. Guides personnel in adjusting equipment and processes to maintain product quality and operational consistency.
7. Develops and refines work procedures to improve efficiency and meet production timelines.
