BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Mail Room Operator for an opportunity in Lexington, KY US.

Title: Mail Room Operator

Duration: 03-month contract (Temp to Hire)

Location: Lexington, KY US

Shift: 12-hour shifts;2nd: 6:00 PM-6:30 AM; Monday-Friday.

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
(Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.)

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)

Pay Range: $17hr-$21/hr
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

We are seeking a 2nd shift mailroom operator for scanning and scan QC duties from 6 pm until clean desk. The ideal candidates will be based in Lexington, KY (US).

Top 3 Responsibilities:

• Scanning paper into a machine.
• Performing quality checks on paper documents and then placing them in boxes and loading those boxes onto pallets. Must be able to life 50-70 lbs.
• Working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Attention to Detail: Must be highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Training and Schedule :

Training: The training period is 2 weeks, Monday- Friday 10:30 am - 6 pm.

Post-Training Hours: After training, the regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 pm- clean desk (work completed).
