Job Purpose
The North American Produciton Control (NAPC) Production Control Specialist is responsible for evaluating sale requirements, scheduling and planning production related to Flat Rate Manual, Paint Testing, Service or In-house lines in order to meet the overall company Seihan Strategy. The Production Control Specialist will evaluate the overall plan, assess and create optimal production plans that support both In House departments and supply chain departments. Production Control Specialist is responsible to set model rotations and assign new models accordingly. Production Control Specialist will engage with internal departments and external customers to confirm line setting meets the needs of the customer and production plans are being executed

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum Experience: 0-2 years’ relevant work experience
