Your Focus

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and accessories; dust furniture, walls, or equipment.
• Notify managers about the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guests' forgotten items in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform housekeeping and lobby staff duties when there is a shortage of staff or during peak periods.
• Take into account guest satisfaction scores and work to increase overall and departmental guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior cleaning experience or equivalent training required.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Work Environment and Context
