\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work night shifts in Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
\n• 21-bed unit with patient ratio of 1:4-5
\n• Every other weekend (EOW) required
\n• Float required within the hospital - high ratios and frequent floating
\n• Royal blue and white scrubs required
\n• 50-mile radius restriction applies
\n• 2 years of experience required
\n• Travel experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Valid South Carolina license required at time of submission
\n• Meditech EMR system (experience preferred)
\n• Every Wednesday orientation
\n• 8 hours of non-billable modules completed pre-start during NBO
\n• Care for patients with non-titrating drips (Amiodarone, NTG, Cardizem, Lopressor, Cardene)
\n• Handle vascular procedures, NSTEMIs, post-cardiac catheterization patients
\n• Manage CIWA protocols, peritoneal dialysis, stable BiPAP, heated high flow oxygen
\n• Work with home ventilators (Trilogy), provide wound care and nebulizer treatments
\n• Support patients receiving hemodialysis in dialysis department

\nThis healthcare facility operates a 21-bed Progressive Care Unit providing intermediate-level care for patients requiring more intensive monitoring than general medical units but less than intensive care. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services. The organization maintains high patient care standards while serving adult and geriatric populations with complex medical conditions requiring specialized monitoring and intervention.
