Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: SGH Clinic | Mendenhall, Mississippi

Schedule: Varies - PRN

Reports To: Clinic Director

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with providers to support whole-person care
  • Carry out physician orders and deliver treatments with precision and compassion
  • Educate patients and their families about care plans and medications
  • Document thoroughly to ensure clear, coordinated care
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Be a calm and confident presence in both routine visits and urgent situations
  • Serve as a supportive teammate and mentor to others in the clinic

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current LPN or LPN IV licensure with the Mississippi Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS certification
  • Associate's degree in nursing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience as an LPN in a clinic setting
  • Experience in patient charting and EMR systems
