Role Highlights: Contract Administrator will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks that could impact our company. The role involves analyzing contracts to minimize costs and maximize profits while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing contracts, is well-versed in legal terminology, and understands the terms of use. Ensure all contracts adhere to legislative standards and align with our company's strategic goals.

Shaping Impact: Your Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements
• Negotiate contract terms with internal teams and external partners
• Review, update, and manage existing contracts
• Draft, prepare, submit and track lien waivers and/or notices as required
• Assist with subcontractor prequalification process
• Clearly explain contract terms and conditions to managers and stakeholders
• Ensure employee understanding and adherence to contractual obligations
• Analyze potential risks associated with specific contract provisions
• Stay informed about legislative changes and collaborate with the legal department as needed
• Monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of contractual deadlines and conditions
• Maintain organized records of physical and digital contract documents
• Monitor and maintain inventory support activity of the company
• Place and manage Purchase Orders with Vendors
• Analyze vendor performance e.g. on time shipment, quality of product to reduce supply uncertainties
• Coordinate job site direct deliveries

Your Unique Qualifications:

• 5 yrs of experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or similar role
• Legal training or qualifications
• Strong knowledge of legal standards and contract law
• Familiarity with accounting procedures and financial considerations
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels, from staff to senior management and external partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; additional qualifications in business administration or relevant fields are a plus
