Were looking for a motivated Marketing & Telemarketing Representative to help expand our reach and grow our client base.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce insurance products (auto, home, life, and business).
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
• Schedule appointments for licensed agents to discuss coverage options.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives such as social media posts, email campaigns, and community outreach.
• Represent the agency professionally in all interactions, providing friendly and informative communication.

• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred (insurance industry experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
