Description Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper North Tulsa (100% On-Site) Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM $21-$23/hour to start Casual dress code | Warehouse office environment Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper to support a wide range of accounting and administrative functions for a busy warehouse operation in North Tulsa. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings several years of hands-on accounting experience across all phases of the accounting cycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing Oversee inventory receiving, inventory payables, and related documentation Run payroll accurately and on time; manage quarterly payroll taxes Prepare and submit monthly sales tax filings Support monthly accounting activities and assist in preparing information for the external accountant Perform general office management duties and provide light HR support as needed Maintain organized physical filing systems (no digital filing-paper-focused environment) Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff professionally and effectively Requirements Requirements: Several years of experience in full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, invoicing, payroll, inventory, and tax filings) Experience with monthly sales tax and working with an external accountant Must be experienced in payroll processing, tax reporting, and related documentation Strong attention to detail and accuracy Personable, outgoing, and able to work well with a small team Comfortable in a busy warehouse office environment Highly organized with the ability to manage extensive paperwork Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Outlook Environment & Culture: This is a hands-on, multifaceted role with a casual dress code and a down-to-earth team.
