• Contract Length: 13 weeks\n
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week (Monday – Friday)\n
• Shift Hours: 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,781 - $1,979\n
• Openings: 2 Home Health RN positions available\n

\n\nHome Health RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Indiana or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at time of submission)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience within the past 3 years (required)\n
• Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) software (required)\n
• Experience with OASIS documentation (required)\n
• Current BLS certification (required)\n

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes across the Bedford/Bloomington market\n
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans\n
• Administer skilled nursing interventions and monitor patient progress\n
• Accurately document patient care using HCHB and OASIS systems\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Educate patients and families on health management and home care procedures\n
• Maintain compliance with all Indiana state and federal healthcare regulations\n
